Joining the waitlist is free. No refund is needed because no payment is collected for waitlist registration.
For paid activation, streaming events, replay, storage, or other services, the applicable price and cancellation terms will be displayed at checkout. Where a service has already been delivered or streaming resources have already been committed, refund eligibility may be limited as permitted by law.
If a paid service materially fails because of a platform-side issue, contact support with the event details so the matter can be reviewed.
