You are responsible for the content you stream, upload, share, or make available and for obtaining permissions needed for music, video, images, performances, locations, and participants.

4. Availability

Live streaming depends on internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, devices, encoders, and other technical conditions. Continuous or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

5. Payments and refunds

Any applicable activation, event, replay, storage, or other fees will be shown before purchase and are also subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited activity

Users may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, dangerous, or unauthorized activity.
